About Huw J
Huw is an experienced musician with a Bachelor of Music degree from the British Institute of Modern Music (BIMM) and a background in performance and teaching. Adept at teaching absolute beginners and more experienced players and used to teaching a variety of ages, Huw is able to instruct students in a wide variety of styles: Classical, Jazz, Funk, Pop, and Rock and able to prepare students for grade exams from ABRSM, Trinity, RGT, and Rockschool, while also able to create custom lesson plans and teaching to a student’s goals and expectations.
