The Web Platform operates a pricing structure, designed to satisfy the broad range of experience and socio-economic condition found in the UK.
5.2 The Pricing Structure is as follows:
- 1: £29.25 for a 60 minute lesson (£14.63 for 30 min.)
- 2: £34.88 for a 60 minute lesson (£17.44 for 30 min.)
- 3: £40.50 for a 60 minute lesson (£20.25 for 30 min.)
- 4: £46.13 for a 60 minute lesson (£23.07 for 30 min.)
- 5: £51.75 for a 60 minute lesson (£25.88 for 30 min.)
- 6: £59.63 for a 60 minute lesson (£29.82 for 30 min.)
- 7: £67.50 for a 60 minute lesson (£33.75 for 30 min.)
- 8: £81.00 for a 60 minute lesson (£40.50 for 30 min.)
Flexible blocks of lessons with MusicTutors
Most of our students buy a flexible block of lessons after the first lesson. After you have bought a block, you will be able to plan lessons with the tutor which can be at a fixed or flexible time. Below here you can see the terms for our flexible blocks of lessons.
Validity All lessons (between 1 and 20) in the block are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee: In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your tutor, we can arrange for a replacement to be found.
Flexibility: You can schedule new appointments with your tutor at any time or decide on a regular lesson at a particular day or time of the week, fortnight or month.
How do I use MusicTutors?At Musictutors.co.uk you can search for tutors in your area with Musictutors.co.uk's search engine. When you have found the right tutor for you, you can send a message to the tutor. The tutor will then contact you regarding possible times. If you and your tutor book a lesson, then you will receive an email that you have to confirm. If you are interested in continuing your lessons afterwards, then you can purchase a flexible block of lessons in your account area on the Web Platform When you receive lessons from one of our tutors, you will always be able to log into the website and see your booked lessons, notes and exchange messages with your tutor.
PaymentPayment for lessons happen automatically via our payment solution, which is delivered via E-PAY (Bambora). Whether you buy a single lesson, or a flexible block of lessons, payment is withdrawn the same day as the purchase is made. With the purchase of lesson blocks, you can choose to pay the whole plan at once or with our split payment agreement, where you spread the cost of the block over the span of 3 months. You always pay for lessons beforehand.
You can pay with the following payment options: Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard.
MusicTutors encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This encryption provides security and rest assured your card information is not available to Music Tutors at anytime. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT.
Booking of future lessonsWhen you buy a lesson block, you will be able to book new lessons with your tutor, who will register them via the website. You will always receive a message to confirm a booked lesson, including how many lessons are remaining in your purchased block
Fixed Term PlanThe Best Value music lessons can be found in the Fixed Term Plan. Here, schedule 15 lessons or more with your tutor and at checkout you will be offered the chance to confirm them using the Fixed Term Plan. With a Fixed Term Plan, you will receive a 20% discount on the lesson price! In return, Fixed Term Plan lessons may not be cancelled or altered by the Student. If the tutor needs to reschedule a lesson, this will be done for a time convenient to you and at no extra cost. See our Terms and Conditions for more information about Fixed Term Plan.
Single Lessons - Pay As you GoIf you do not want to buy a flexible block, then it's possible to pay for lessons on a per lesson basis. Payment happens automatically via E-PAY'S (Bambora) payment solution. This function will be enabled for you unless otherwise agreed. We always keep an eye on your bookings, and our office team are avaiable Monday - Friday between 10.00 and 16.00.
Procedure for changes/renewal of payment optionsUnder the tab Your account, you can always change your payment options, including changing bank or inputting new card details.
ReceiptYou will receive a receipt on your email every time a payment is withdrawn from your account. You have 14 days to return purchases from Musictutors.co.uk
